I am on a train.
Where it is going
I do not know.
Actually, that’s a lie.
I know exactly where it's going.
But it sounded more poetic
Not to.

This is a journal of prose poetry about what it's like to be a Christian, updated every Sunday. It's great when we have God in our lives, but sometimes even Christians can drift far away from Him. All I want is to be honest, to record both the ups and the downs of a relationship with God.

LOL - I liked this, it was whimsical!
Funnily enough, I was on a train from London to Crewe when I wrote this, so it works literally as well as figuratively!
C, I just love visiting here, I never know what to expect!
When I read this, I laughed out loud. Yet, as a poet (not trying to equate myself with you), I understand the temptation to write what sounds more poetic, instead of what's true.
